Accessing the Upload Form

  1. Open the SAQ upload page https://hcp.vigitrust.com/accor/hcp/upload_completed_saq/completed_saqs

  2. You will see a form with three required fields:

    • Hotel code

    • Full Name

    • Your Email


Filling in the Form

  • Hotel code: Enter your hotel’s unique code

  • Full Name: Enter your full name.

  • Email: Use your official Accor email address.

Once all fields are completed, click Submit.



Validation Rules

Your submission will only be accepted if all three conditions are met:

  1. Your hotel is an Accor hotel

    • The system checks that your hotel code exists in the database

    • Your hotel must not have a status of Never paid.

  2. Your hotel is not registered on Accor HCP

    • The system verifies that your Hotel code is not already present on HCP

  3. No SAQ already uploaded today

    • The system ensures that no document has been uploaded today for the same hotel code



Results

  • If all 3 checks pass:

    • The form will confirm success.

    • You will be able to proceed with your document upload.

    • Your name will appear in the confirmation message.

  • If any check fails:

    • You will see an error message in red explaining what went wrong.

    • Common reasons:

      • The hotel is already registered on Accor HCP.

      • The hotel is not an Accor hotel.

      • An SAQ has already been uploaded today for this hotel.
