Accessing the Upload Form
Open the SAQ upload page https://hcp.vigitrust.com/accor/hcp/upload_completed_saq/completed_saqs
You will see a form with three required fields:
Hotel code
Full Name
Your Email
Filling in the Form
Hotel code: Enter your hotel’s unique code
Full Name: Enter your full name.
Email: Use your official Accor email address.
Validation Rules
Your submission will only be accepted if all three conditions are met:
Your hotel is an Accor hotel
The system checks that your hotel code exists in the database
Your hotel must not have a status of Never paid.
Your hotel is not registered on Accor HCP
The system verifies that your Hotel code is not already present on HCP
No SAQ already uploaded today
The system ensures that no document has been uploaded today for the same hotel code
Results
If all 3 checks pass:
The form will confirm success.
You will be able to proceed with your document upload.
Your name will appear in the confirmation message.
If any check fails:
You will see an error message in red explaining what went wrong.
Common reasons:
The hotel is already registered on Accor HCP.
The hotel is not an Accor hotel.
An SAQ has already been uploaded today for this hotel.
