Hotel user management is available from the Hotel Status Report. To access the Hotel Status Report,  click Hotel Management on the left-hand menu on the HCP Homepage, and select 'Hotel Status Report' in the drop-down list. 

In the Hotel Status Report, you can create a new user by clicking 'Add a New User' under the ELearning Users Information section:



Another pop-up window will appear on screen:


The following information must be entered when creating a new user account:

-Username: This must be unique and entered in lowercase format, otherwise the account can't be created.
-Firstname: First name of the user.
-Lastname: Last name of the user.
-Email: The user's designated email address.

Note: The default password for each newly-created user is "Chang3m3!". This password must be modified by the user the very first time he logs onto the platform.
If you type a username that has already been chosen, you will not be able to proceed.



If you wish to modify a current user's details, then you must make use of the 'Edit User' feature. To access the feature, click on the cogs under the column 'Manage this User' in the table.



A new pop-up window, as shown below, should appear:






The Edit Users popup enables you to edit the following details for staff members: 

-First Name 
-Last Name 
-Email Address 
-Username 

As you can see on the picture, there are two others tabs in the pop-up window. 'Reset Password' allows you to reset the password of the selected user. Their password will revert to "Chang3m3!". 



Finally, the 'Suspend/Delete' tab allows you to suspend a user or delete their details:



Suspending an account deactivates it temporarily. Deleting it, however, completely erases it from the database, so please exercise caution whenever dealing with this feature. A deleted user can never be restored. 

/!\ Important: Hotel user creation, modification and deletion is the responsibility of each Hotel GM. Regular review is requested to keep up to date the active user list. 
GM and HQ users are managed by VigiTrust support. Any creation, deletion or modification requests in regard to these users should be forwarded by email to accorhcp@vigitrust.com
