When you log in to your account, on the Hotel Compliance portal for Data Protection homepage the following modules are displayed on the Data Protection homepage:
- Data Compliance in Hospitality: A guide to help you understand Data Protection and how it applies to your hotel
- Hotel Data Protection Coordinator: The person in charge of implementing Data Protection at the hotel
- eLearning and Awareness: Data Protection basics for in-scope hotel staff
- Guidelines and Best Practices: Data Protection-related policies and procedures (in development)
- Hotel Overview Report: Staff training report, add/edit users for Data Protection training, policy status
- Record of Processing Activities Template: Allows you to track all data processing activities in your hotel (in development)
- Risk Assessment: A questionnaire that allows you to assess the level of risk related to Data Protection data (in development)
- Data Breach: The procedure that you should follow in the event of a data breach
- Data Subject Access Request: Procedures to follow when a guest or employee requests access to their personal data
